Rôck&Villa is an architecture and interior design studio founded by Stefan Relic and Paulo Valcic, working internationally across residential and hospitality projects. From private residences to selected property developments, the studio creates highly individual spaces defined by a strong sense of identity, considered proportions and a dialogue between architecture, interiors, art and collectible design.

Rôck&villa developments

Rôck&Villa develops exclusively selected historic properties in Mallorca, with a particular focus on heritage architecture. Each project is carefully restored and reinterpreted, preserving the character and integrity of the original building while introducing contemporary materials, finishes and details for modern living.

Personal by nature

Every Rôck&Villa project is led personally by the studio’s founders and developed through close dialogue with our clients. We intentionally work on a limited number of projects, allowing us to remain deeply involved from the first idea through to the final detail.
