LE BISTROT SELLIER

Le Bistrot Sellier is an authentic French bistro located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. Created for a family of renowned French restaurateurs, the project reinterprets the character of a traditional Parisian bistro through a contemporary lens while remaining deeply rooted in French culture and craftsmanship. The complete interior concept and design were developed around authenticity, precision, and a strong sense of place.
The interior draws inspiration from the rituals and atmosphere of classic Parisian dining, expressed through bespoke joinery, handcrafted details, custom furniture, and carefully selected materials. Every element was designed specifically for the project, creating a layered, intimate environment that feels established rather than newly built. Le Bistrot Sellier celebrates the timeless appeal of the French bistro while naturally finding its place in the streets of Palma.
