Our vision for Sa Boleda is to transform it into one of the most spectacular homes in Mallorca, blending its historical significance with modern luxury.
The property features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, an ancient 16th-century cellar, a private garage, and an infinity pool that overlooks the picturesque surroundings. Casa Margarita is a beautifully restored 19th-century townhouse, originally built in 1890, located in the heart of Majorca. This historic property has been meticulously brought back to life, celebrating its heritage by preserving original architectural elements while seamlessly incorporating thoughtful modern touches. The 222 m² home features three elegant bedrooms and a carefully designed layout that blends comfort and style.

JASON STRAUSS RESIDENCE
Designed as the primary residence of Jason Strauss (CEO and Founder of TAO Hospitality Group), this home is located in The Ridges, one of Las Vegas’ most exclusive residential communities. The project includes the complete interior concept and design, with every room developed around the client’s lifestyle and the way the house is used on a daily basis, from large-scale entertaining to quiet private spaces.
Natural stone, wood, metal, and handcrafted finishes define the interior palette, complemented by custom-designed furniture, collectible pieces, contemporary art, and bespoke lighting. Strong architectural lines, generous proportions, and carefully considered details create a home with a quiet sense of luxury, where every space has its own character while remaining part of a cohesive whole.
LE BISTROT SELLIER
Le Bistrot Sellier is an authentic French bistro located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. Created for a family of renowned French restaurateurs, the project reinterprets the character of a traditional Parisian bistro through a contemporary lens while remaining deeply rooted in French culture and craftsmanship. The complete interior concept and design were developed around authenticity, precision, and a strong sense of place.
The interior draws inspiration from the rituals and atmosphere of classic Parisian dining, expressed through bespoke joinery, handcrafted details, custom furniture, and carefully selected materials. Every element was designed specifically for the project, creating a layered, intimate environment that feels established rather than newly built. Le Bistrot Sellier celebrates the timeless appeal of the French bistro while naturally finding its place in the streets of Palma.
Palazzo Caterina Boutique Hotel
Palazzo Caterina is a luxurious boutique hotel located in the heart of Hvar town, the most trendy and upscale destination in Croatia. Originally built in the early 1800s, this historic building has been fully reimagined and developed to offer an extraordinary guest experience. The design seamlessly blends original features, such as centuries-old stone walls, with modern materials and contemporary finishes, creating a timeless and unique interior.
This project exemplifies our ability to honor historical architecture while introducing innovative design elements, resulting in spaces that are both authentic and sophisticated. Hotel Kali
Hotel Kali is a luxury hotel and the first of its kind on Ugljan Island, located in the charming fisherman’s village of Kali. Built on the site of the island’s emblematic restaurant—the only restaurant it once had—the new building was designed to echo the original structure, preserving its historic significance. We developed the complete interior concept and design for this 15-room boutique hotel, drawing inspiration from the rich Mediterranean and Adriatic heritage.
The interior reflects the beauty of the region, incorporating elements inspired by waves, shells, and sunlight, creating a serene and sophisticated ambiance. Paying homage to the village’s deep-rooted fishing traditions, we wove symbols of the fisherman’s craft throughout the design, adding layers of authenticity and character. Hotel Kali stands as a testament to our ability to create thoughtfully designed spaces that celebrate local culture while delivering a luxurious guest experience.
Provença Apartment
Provença Apartment is a quintessential example of a traditional Eixample flat in Barcelona, showcasing the iconic Volta Catalana ceilings that define the region’s architectural charm. We delivered a complete interior design solution for this space, thoughtfully combining its original features with bold, contemporary elements to create a unique living experience.
The design pairs the historic Catalan ceilings with dark, textured walls, sleek micro-cement flooring, and an array of custom-made furniture pieces. This careful interplay of old and new highlights the apartment’s character while bringing a modern, sophisticated edge to the space, perfectly suited for contemporary urban living in Barcelona.
Can Bellmont
We are currently working on a spectacular project to provide a full 360° solution encompassing architecture, interior design, and landscaping for Can Bellmont, a 16th-century mansion and estate. As a protected piece of Spanish historical heritage, this extraordinary property offers a unique opportunity to preserve its rich history while reimagining its potential for modern living.
Our vision involves carefully retaining as much of the original structure as possible, respecting its historical integrity, and building upon it to create a luxurious and contemporary mansion. Every aspect of the design is inspired by the estate’s original architecture and history, seamlessly blending past and present to transform Can Bellmont into a timeless home that celebrates its remarkable heritage.
